PHILLY HOAGIES AND PUERTO RICAN COMFORTS

Papi Sal’s started as a food cart in Portland, OR in 2021. The menu is a journey through Chef John Hatch’s roots in Philadelphia and heritage in Puerto Rico. The menu is soul food and an expression of identity, bringing east coast nostalgia and Puerto Rican comfort food to the west coast. We said goodbye to our food cart in December 2022, and currently serve our menu out of the kitchen at Lollipop Shoppe. Follow along to stay up to date on upcoming pop ups and events.
